The Connected Futures Fund, which is funded through the government’s Dormant Assets Scheme, will see local partnerships from Burnley to Brent receive funding to establish new systems “that provide young people who face more barriers to employment, with the connected and consistent support they need to get good jobs”, the charity said.

Areas and lead organisations set to benefit from the fund include:

CXK for work in Hastings

Hull-based Humber Learning Consortium

Right to Succeed in Blackpool

Burnley-based The Calico Group

East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership D2N2

London-based Young Brent Foundation
