Oasis Restore, the name of the service run by Oasis Charitable Trust, is advertising for a series of roles across education, social care and human resources.

Described on its own website as a “revolution in youth justice”, roles advertised at the secure school include teachers for barbering, construction and music as well as a registered manager position.

Job descriptions tell potential applicants: “You will be key to delivering a curriculum that provides a nurturing, therapeutic and educational community that embeds hope, stability, and opportunity for children in our care.”

Oasis Restore aims to provide “an opportunity for children within the criminal justice system to experience a truly restorative environment, that creates the potential for them to thrive in the future,” according to the adverts.
