The charity says the name change, which takes effect from next Wednesday, is "to represent the growth and development of the organisation over the last 20 years".
Depaul will also release a new strategic plan next week, "Delivering Lasting Change for Social Impact", which sets out its six goals for tackling the issues behind youth homelessness and explains how it will involve young people in decision making within the charity.
Chief executive Paul Marriot said: "Over the last 20 years we have grown from a small London-based charity to be the UK's largest youth homelessness charity and changing our name to Depaul UK represents this growth and development. Depaul UK is also proud to be part of Depaul International, a group of five charities committed to tackling homelessness on a global scale."
