Funded by the National Lottery, the £120,000 NEYA Workforce Development Offer will include resources including formal qualifications to small group peer support sessions.

The offer will support the sector to work together towards being stronger and more sustainable and help ensure that we are all responsive to young people’s needs, NEYA says.

It aims to work to resolve the impact of tears of austerity and the pandemic on a reduction in training, support and opportunities to connect for youth workers over the last decade.

A workforce development offer brochure will soon be out to the sector with more information to be found on the NEYA’s social platforms.
