1 min read
The new edition of CYP Now includes a special report on latest initiatives for all professionals to safeguard young people online.

Latest policy, practice and research in safeguarding children online is analysed over 12 pages. It includes practice examples on an internet safety resource for Key Stage 2 pupils; a police-led cybercrime project for children; peer-based scheme to tackle online sexual harassment; and guides for parents and professionals on educating children about sharing personal information.

The main feature looks at how three recent winners of the CYP Now Awards Children and Young People Charity Award have adapted to survive and thrive, despite the challenges of austerity.
