Duke of Sussex praises carers and families of sick children

The Duke of Sussex took part in a 30-minute video call with families of seriously ill children and their families and carers as part of his role as an ambassador for WellChild.

Harry discussed the challenges faced by those caring for vulnerable children during the Covid-19 crisis. 

Ofqual opens consultation on exam cancellations

Government exam regulator Ofqual has launched a public consultation on the specifics of how exams that have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic will be graded.

The consultation, which closes on 29 April, will give interested parties the opportunity to submit their views on which of Ofqual’s current rules must be “temporarily set aside or changed”, the consultation document states.
