Children’s Mental Health Week, launched by children’s mental health charity Place2Be, runs from 6 to 12 February, and aims to raise awareness of the importance of children and young people’s mental health.
Last year’s Children’s Mental Health Week successfully raised £208,415 for Place2Be, and saw 129,000 downloads of the charity’s mental health resources.
This year’s theme is “Let’s Connect”, and the charity is encouraging people to connect with others in meaningful, healthy and rewarding ways.
Campaigners, organisations, and practitioners have been supporting the week by tweeting using the hashtag #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek.
