In a statement, Coram confirmed it will take over the running of Pacey’s work under the new name: Coram Pacey.

It added that Coram Pacey will maintain all existing services and “continue to work with members, childcare and early years providers, stakeholders, and the wider childcare and early years sector”. In Wales, it will be known as Coram Pacey Cymru and work will continue to be delivered by the team based in Wales.

Established in 1977 as the National Childminding Association, Pacey is the professional association for home-based child carers, including childminders and nannies and provides support services, information and advice to children, their families and carers. It changed its name to Pacey in 2013.
