Celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver, was in charge of cooking the meal in Downing Street, but was assisted by eight young people. Seven have graduated from the foundation's apprenticeship scheme, and one is still training.
Before cooking the meal Oliver said: "The guests at Downing Street will be in for a real treat."
Oliver is a trustee of the Fifteen Foundation, which runs an apprenticeship scheme aimed at disadvantaged young people who want the chance to become a chef.
Many graduates from the programme have gone on to work at top London restaurants.
