I would focus my efforts on something I feel passionate about - languages.

As the business world becomes more global and international trade increases, languages will be key to putting your business on the map. If every employee spoke one additional language, think of the extended business networks this could create.

I would provide free language lessons for my staff during or after work, and even encourage employees to spend their holidays in a non-English speaking country. I'd also introduce job swaps and sabbaticals for my staff in other countries. Not only would this allow for smoother business relations, but it would improve international business knowledge and strengthen our position.
