What is it? The Clore Duffield Foundation supports cultural learning, creation of learning spaces, leadership training and enhancement of Jewish life. The Poetry and Literature Awards is the foundation's newest grant programme and is awarding a total of £1m over five years from 2011 to 2015. Through the grant it hopes to support organisations and schools to find new ways to engage children and young people in poetry, literature and creative writing.
How much is on offer? The awards will cover project costs ranging from £1,000 to £10,000. Applications will be assessed on their cost-effectiveness and value for money. There will be no requirement to seek matched funding.
