Grants offer financial help for a range of projects including those that provide positive activities for young people and offer support for children and families

Funding Social housing organisation Affinity Sutton provides more than 55,000 affordable homes in England. Its community grants programme supports work that improves the lives of those living in Affinity Sutton housing areas in London, the South East, the South West and the North.

Aim The grants support projects that do one of the following: provide positive activities for young people; offer support for children and families; promote estate regeneration and encourage environmental awareness; promote health, wellbeing and community safety; support community cohesion and engagement; or encourage equality and diversity.

Who can apply? Community groups, registered charities, community interest companies and social enterprises that seek to improve communities where Affinity Sutton operates.
