Spiritual leader - Ian Green, chief executive, YMCA England

3 mins read Youth Work Interview
Sitting in a local YMCA in west London, Ian Green is brimming with energy. He is three months into his reign as chief executive of the national charity.

His hectic working life - he is a Conservative councillor in his native Ealing, chair of the board of the Ealing Hospitals Trust and a magistrate - does beg the question: how does he have time to lead such an organisation?
