Tebbitt gets it right, too !!

I think I have never said before that I agree with Lord Tebbitt. But his support for the continuation of legal aid for cases in which parents wish to take action against a Health Trust for negligence involving a child is absolutely spot-on.

 Of course, in a truly civilised society, parents of disabled children - whether or not caused by negligence - would not need to take any action to secure support. But that's another story.
