Name Active Citizenship Project
Through an Active Citizenship Project, young people from the all-boys school in Merseyside participate in a variety of different projects and voluntary opportunities, with the aim of countering the impact of county lines activity by effecting positive change in their community.
The after-school project, developed by sixth formers and staff members, is now in its third year and engages with year 7 students in a collaboration with Merseyside Police to teach about the dangers of county lines. This year will see more than 300 young people get involved with the project and offer young people the opportunity to volunteer in their community.
