Skills body seeks views of children's workforce managers

The Children's Workforce Development Council is carrying out a survey of managers to inform its development of leadership policy.
The body has asked an external agency, Hay Group, to carry out the research on its behalf.
The council is interested in hearing from managers who work in services for children and young people aged from 0 to 19, but are not school teachers.
