The Children's Workforce Development Council is developing a range of resources on integrated working.
The CWDC Share! material will cover subjects including the Common Assessment Framework, multi-agency teams, and lead professionals.
The resources will be available next month. They will include a report, Sharing the Journey, an e-book, and a DVD.
Jane Haywood, chief executive of the council, said: "We hope that by sharing the real-life success stories of organisations who are already implementing this way of working we can illustrate how it makes a real difference to children and inspire practitioners to think about how they can start working in this way."
