This year's theme for LGBTQ+ Adoption and Fostering Week (6-12 March), is "1, 2, 3 or more?", and aims to encourage the LGBTQ+ community to consider adopting or fostering children from sibling groups.

The campaign, led by adoption and foster care organisation New Family Social, hopes to bring together the UK's adoption and foster care agencies with LGBTQ+ potential applicants.

Some 110 adoption and fostering agencies across the UK are supporting the campaign, with New Family Social saying that record numbers of children entering the care system mean there has never been a greater need for more LGBTQ+ people to consider adoption or fostering.
