CYP Now Awards 2021: shortlist unveiled

The list of finalists for the CYP Now Awards 2021 has been unveiled.

In all, 112 entries have been shortlisted across the 24 Awards categories, which recognise innovation and impact across the sector.

Winners will be revealed at a virtual Awards ceremony to be held on 25 November 2021. In addition to the winners being announced, the ceremony will include speeches and entertainment. For more information and to register attendance see www.cypnawards.com

Despite the ongoing pressures and challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, there were more than 500 entries to this year’s Awards.

Each entry was reviewed by our judging panels, made up of experts from the sector and young people with experience of children’s services.

This year’s CYP Now Awards judges were:

  • Mark Kerr, chief executive, Centre for Outcomes of Care
  • Catherine Knowles, chief executive office, researcher and fundraising, Achievement for All
  • Paul Oginsky, chief executive, Vibe UK
  • Steve Reddy, director of children and young people’s services, Liverpool City Council
  • Hazel Williamson, chair, the Association of YOT Managers
