The Exploring the Cost-of-Living Crisis resource pack, which is aimed at young people aged 13 to 19 or up to 25 with additional support needs, includes 12 practical group sessions to help young people better understand how the cost-of-living crisis occurred, and initiate difficult conversations about its impact within a safe and non-judgmental environment.

The toolkit contains practical sessions on the cost of living, the real cost of inflation, debt, savings, cooking on a budget, the impact on relationships and family life, domestic abuse, and wellbeing on a budget.

Minimum wage versus living wage, unions and strikes, and taxes are also explored in the resource.
