Young people in Harrow took part in a Dragon's Den-style evening last week in which they pitched for 1,000 to implement their ideas for keeping safe. Operation Empower was set up by Harrow Council to consult with 12- to 19-year-olds on the best way to keep young people safe and out of trouble.
