Secondary school pupils April Davies and Natasha Fitchett took over from the Mayor of Telford & Wrekin last week after winning a Local Democracy Week competition. During the day the pair got to meet Telford's lead member for children's services and find out more about how the council works. "My favourite part was wearing the mayoral chains for high tea," said Davies.
