A project to get young girls to be more active is expanding to cover the London Borough of Brent. Go London is an extension of the Fitness Industry Association's national Go programme and will be introduced across Brent so school girls can take part in the London pilot. Pupils will be teamed up with various gyms to take an array of exercise classes, such as street dance, yoga, pilates and body combat.
