Aspiring young filmmakers from north London are taking part in an eight-day film-making course run by Camden and Islington councils and Film London. The four best proposals will get 1,500 to develop a short film which will premiere at the Renoir arthouse cinema in Soho on 1 November. The aim is to help young people gain skills and become the filmmakers of the future.
