Aspiring documentary makers get funding

Youth Work
A group of aspiring documentary makers from Hackney's Fawcett Youth Committee in London have been given 2,000 to produce a film about the relationship between young people and the police in the community.

The funds came from the Kidscount and the RSA's Award for Innovation in Youth Provision. The young people will be supported by youth workers from charity Elevate, which works with young people from inner-city estates.
