Youth Justice News: Youth offending teams: London plan keepsboroughs talking

The Youth Justice Board developed the protocol with the Government Office for London and other agencies. The document will set out responsibility for offenders who have committed crimes outside their borough.

A spokeswoman for the board said that although the protocol has been developed for London, there is no reason why it could not be used in other areas.
