Youth Justice News: Justice board seeks new perspective

Restorative justice involves meetings between an offender and victim, and is designed to increase understanding and lead to more satisfactory punishments that reduce the chances of reoffending.

The Youth Justice Board last week published an action plan, Developing Restorative Justice. It is looking for views, which should be submitted by 1 January.
