Young people work with filmmaker

Young people in Birmingham have worked with a filmmaker to broadcast their thoughts on their representation in the city. More than 40 young people took part in the project, which allowed them to learn media skills, including how to use camera equipment. The project was designed to teach them about active volunteering, community cohesion and local decision-making. All three films were shown at arts and media production centre the Custard Factory on 9 May.
