Barnardo's has recruited Wendy Johnson as media and communications manager for Wales and Emma Rouse as celebrity co-ordinator. Johnson's main role will be to promote Barnardo's message in Wales, while Rouse will be responsible for attracting and maintaining celebrity support for the children's charity.
