According to figures provided by the Unemployment Unit & YouthAid, an average of 150,000 young people under 25 are unemployed. Being unemployed, therefore, is not only a question of money problems (although these often loom largest). It is a question of experience, skills, sociability and - importantly - time.
Jobcentre Plus is a service established to help unemployed people back into work and offices are located around the country. Advisers will help you to choose the right course of action to get you back into work. If you need help filling in forms, for example, they can help with that too.
