Most young people are bullied at sometime during their school years.
More and more schools now have policies about bullying and ways to deal with bullies. The Department for Education and Skills (DfES) issued guidelines to schools that stated "Head teachers have a legal duty to take measures to prevent all forms of bullying among pupils."
