THE NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY: youthinformation.com looks at Lavender Week in March

1 min read

The Lavender Trust is an organisation that offers support and advice to young women with breast cancer. Young women are offered the chance to talk about how they feel, share ideas and offer one another friendship.

This year is the second annual Lavender Week and it takes place between 8 and 15 March. The week aims to improve awareness of the specific concerns that younger women with breast cancer can face, and to raise funds to enable greater access to Breast Cancer Care's services, including the provision of information and practical support.
