The National Youth Agency: Youthinformation.com looks at 'FruityFriday'

The purpose of "Fruity Friday" is to raise awareness and to make the link between a healthy diet and a reduced cancer risk. It aims to encourage individuals to increase their consumption of fruit and vegetables, getting the message across that cancer is a largely preventable disease. To find out more or to get involved in a fundraising activity, email fruityfriday @wcrf.org or visit the web site at www.wcrf-uk.org.

More information about healthy eating and cancer prevention can be found on youthinformation.com.
