The week takes place from 1 to 7 November and has the theme "Enjoying and Achieving". The material can be used to introduce the week within staff teams and get people thinking about activities they might like to do for the week. It is also designed to be used as a source for quotes and support material in people's own local publicity for the week.

"We think it offers opportunities for those whose main aim is to bring fun and enjoyment to the lives of the young people in their community as well as those with a tight focus on gaining new skills and qualifications. We've provided some thoughts, ideas and practice examples that we hope will set people thinking."
