Two programmes are available - 18-month and three- to 12-month. The 18-month programme enables early career foreign youth workers to receive practical experience working with troubled young people on outdoor and wilderness programmes, drug and alcohol abuse counselling or in homeless youth shelters. The shorter placement offers current and recent graduates the chance to work in seasonal youth camps on similar programmes.
