The National Youth Agency: Youth Matters focus at rural networkconference

Eight different workshops addressed a number of issues, including good practice in delivering the Youth Opportunity Fund and Youth Capital Fund in rural Essex and Shropshire. Another delivered a case study of a large extended school in Driffield, East Yorkshire, while other workshops examined new approaches to places to go and things to do from Make Space, healthy youth work, working with the over-16s, experiences of commissioning, and economic wellbeing in rural areas.

Members of the Rural Youth Network can download workshop slides and handouts from the web site www.ruralyouth.com.
