A key issue emerging from the regional seminars was the need to ensure that harder to reach groups do not miss out on these opportunities. However, delegates were encouraged to see that the strategy is aimed explicitly at everyone.
Likewise, opportunities to celebrate young people's contribution to the wider community were welcomed. It was felt that recording this involvement so the messages are not lost should also be a priority. It was also felt that the prospect of a new facility in every constituency is enticing, but that it is important for these facilities to be what young people want - the result of them having direct influence over service provision.
