The song is called Head Up High, in keeping with the 2006 theme of the week - Hold Your Head Up - Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing.
The band are called The Red Army but have renamed themselves as The Red Army Community Mental Health Team especially for this project.
Zebs is a drop-in centre for young people from in and around Truro aged 11 to 25, open every evening.
