The National Youth Agency: Thinking seriously about youth work

Opportunities to discuss youth work in a sustained, reflective and critical manner with colleagues from different settings and localities are increasingly rare. A symposium organised by Youth and Policy - the quarterly journal of critical analysis - and supported by The National Youth Agency offers an accessible event based upon open conversation and dialogue. It will be a small residential gathering comprising scholarly papers, workshops and space for extended discussion and debate between participants. Numbers are restricted to 60. The event takes place at Hinsley Hall, Leeds on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 March next year. For further information or to book, email cyw.conference@googlemail.com. To offer a workshop or paper please email Tony Jeffs at tony.jeffs@durham.ac.uk.
