The National Youth Agency: Quality - Training to advise on drugs and young people

The National Youth Agency is running two information, training and dissemination sessions in partnership with DrugScope and Alcohol Concern based on the publication Drugs: Guidance for the Youth Service.

The events will emphasise the need for robust partnerships and policies, and the implications of recent government initiatives, including targeted youth support.

The events are intended to give youth service providers, drugs and alcohol action teams, Connexions services and their partners the opportunity to come together to learn about the new guidance and its use in today's changing context.

The events take place in Birmingham (18 April) and Newcastle (24 April). Costs are £90 per person for statutory organisations and £70 for voluntary.
