The National Youth Agency: Quality - Mind, Body and Soul introducefun learning ideas on wellbeing

1 min read
The latest activity packs from author Vanessa Rogers and published by The National Youth Agency (NYA) are three linked titles, Mind, Body and Soul, looking at emotional, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing for young people.

Each book provides a toolkit of ideas and activities split over a number of sections for youth workers and other professionals to explore and help them promote holistic wellbeing for young people.

Andy Hopkinson, head of media services at The NYA, said: "Vanessa has come up with her usual fantastic mix of enjoyable and educational activities. These are very important subjects for young people but that's no reason to be too stuffy and formal in how we approach them. As ever, you can inject some fun into your practice by using the tried and tested activities featured in these packs."

A further pack - Low Cost, No Cost - is currently in production.
