The National Youth Agency: Positive activities for young people

Fiona Blacke, chief executive of The National Youth Agency, is to chair a major national conference on positive activities for young people.

The 6th Annual Positive Activities for Young People conference: Rebalancing the Narrative - Celebrating Youth takes place at the Immarsat Conference Centre in London on Thursday 22 January. At a time of unprecedented negative media and public perceptions of the UK's youth, the 10-Year Strategy for Positive Activities has made providing "things to do, places to go" a statutory duty for local authorities. This event will examine what has inspired young people and what has inspired those who work with young people.

It is suitable for a range of attendees from local authorities. For more information and to book, visit www.neilstewart associates.com/li276.
