"Celebrate, Innovate" involved young people and youth workers hosting workshops describing their work and encouraging involvement through team-building exercises. A particular highlight for everyone attending was a lively dance routine by young people from the Leeds-based Cupboard Project.
The six innovative projects have covered such areas as standards in detached work, evaluation of youth arts, and young people's involvement in government.
All the projects have been successful, and many will continue beyond the 12 months of PIN funding.
The NYA chief executive Tom Wylie called on the Government to continue its drive to promote innovative youth work. He said: "It's vital that young people have choices. These projects have provided us with some valuable information and answers."
