The partnership is designed to research, develop, manage and disseminate effective and innovative approaches to learning and personal development among young adults.
To celebrate the decade of good practice and effective partnership working, YALP will be holding a conference in London on 13 September. As part of the celebrations, YALP will be making a number of awards to young adult learners, groups, projects and practitioners.

Last year, YALP made significant headway in developing a new work plan and strategic aims for the Youth Literacies Network, an initiative designed to boost written and oral communication skills among young adults.
