This new post is funded by the Department for International Development and aims to influence those working within the youth service to recognise the importance of the global dimension to their work and to offer them support and resources to make this happen. Jo will work with senior youth service managers to influence the formation and delivery of the local youth work plan and with colleges and universities to influence the training of professional youth workers.
