The National Youth Agency's Money Mastery training programme got off to a flying start last week in York. "Strongly recommend it", "Excellent course - very motivational", "really inspiring day", were some of the many positive comments received from participants.

Money Mastery is a free high-energy money coaching seminar designed for youth workers and other professionals who work with young people. It offers the chance to revolutionise your own financial confidence, develop techniques for empowering young people around their finances and explore the psychology of money and behaviour.

Trainer Neil Almond said that in today's current economic climate, the skills addressed in Money Mastery have never been so important: "There is so much fear about money and debt and Money Mastery helps people to understand their own relationship with money as well as providing practical skills to support young people with their financial issues."
