The campaign seeks to tap into young people's reliance on mobile phone technology in a bid to keep them safe. Following the recent bombings in London, the idea is that mobile phone users store the word ICE in their phone's address book, with the number of a person who should be contacted in an emergency next to it. In an emergency, ambulance and hospital staff will then be able to quickly find out who their next of kin are and contact them.
