Teenagers stage anti-racism event

A group of teenagers from Warwickshire have helped to organise an anti-racism festival in Kenilworth.

Camilla James, Alex Shearn and Katrina Farrell staged the Love Music Hate Racism event at Abbey Fields on 30 August. The festival included workshops and fun activities and aimed to celebrate the values of equality and peace.

"We wanted to show that not all young people should be judged as pests - there are a number of us who want to make a positive contribution to society," the girls said.
