The Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills areproviding 7m for 10 sites to trial ways of engaging withdisadvantaged families (Children Now, 20-26 September). The Governmentis particularly keen on sites being developed around children'scentres.
Bids should be received by 15 December 2006 and successful applicantswill be notified by mid January 2007.
