In a Parliamentary debate last week, Hilary Armstrong hinted that themodel might inform the looked-after children green paper, which is duein September. She said: "The principles that they use to educate,challenge and engage with children seem extremely valuable andeffective. The approach is focused on emphasising each child'sindividual potential in a holistic way, involving education in healthand the overall child's development." She added that she was discussinghow to make placements for looked-after children more stable with theDepartment for Education and Skills.
